Scottish singer-songwriter Astrid Williamson will bring her wit and heartbreaking vocals to the stage along with her accompanying guitarist. This performance will feature Williamson on the Theatre’s Schimmel piano and acoustic guitar. The free show starts at 7:00PM on March 12th at Wealthy Theatre. Dancing Against The Stars (click for more info)
Dancing Against The Stars is a dance competition that will raise funds for the Oasis of Hope Clinic, a local non-profit clinic that provides low-cost or free medical services to the economically disadvantaged and uninsured. The competition/ fundraiser will offer dance lessons, door prizes and match up partners for those without. The band Mid-Life Crisis will play on the final evening of the competition. Dancing Against the Stars will be held on March 7th, 8th and 15th from 6-9pm at the Westwood At The Crossings, 5760 West River Drive. Information is available at www.dancingagainstthestars.com.
