Support for WYCE comes from Local First, celebrating the start of summer with the 11th Annual Local First Street Party.

Local First is a nonprofit community organization that fosters the development of an economy grounded in local ownership. The Street Party is a FREE community celebration of local music, food and drink - including the return of a special-edition beer from Founders Brewing Company, unveiled just for the occasion. This year's line-up features performances by Joe Hertler and the Rainbow Seekers, Rick Chyme, Mustard Plug, Alexis, and more.

The Local First Street Party is in front of Bistro Bella Vita, just west of Van Andel Arena. Saturday, June 7 from 3:00 pm to midnight. All ages are welcome. More information at LOCAL-FIRST-DOT-COM.
