Known for his thrilling cello playing that incorporates new techniques to create a mix of folk, bluegrass, jazz and R&B, Ben Sollee possesses smoky vocal stylings and a knack for intricate arrangements. He has toured the world with Abigail Washburn's Sparrow Quartet alongside Bela Fleck and comes to Grand Rapids in support of his fourth album, Half-Made Man.
