Community Media Center's mission is "Building Community Through Media" - and that's exactly what we'll be doing at a special event on May 2nd. Wealthy Theatre is hosting a Community Media Center story collecting experiment, free and open to anyone who wants to share a story. The evening begins with food, drinks and story collecting, followed by a little bit of official business as we close the nomination period for new Board of Directors candidates. Then we'll celebrate with an immediate screening of a digital mash-up of the evening's tales. Palma Violets are an English band from Lambeth, London. The band formed in 2011, based on the musical partnership of frontmen Samuel Thomas Fryer and Alexander "Chilli" Jesson.
