Last January, Michigan's Seth Bernard and May Erlewine embarked on a cultural exchange journey to Ethiopia and wrote an entire album inspired by the experience. Saturday, November 5th at Wealthy Theatre - they're finally ready to release the result - the new album called "New Flower". Screening the same night - James Schaberg's documentary film, "When We Run" - about Seth and May's journey with the non-profit organization "On the Ground" and their Run Across Ethiopia. Tickets for the film, the concert or both - featuring Seth and May - Saturday, November 5th at Wealthy Theatre - are available at wealthy theatre dot org

The two eclectic groups have elaborately arranged the album for live performance, while also featuring the bands’ signature instrumentation. In addition to the classic album, both groups will be performing sets of their own original material. The Beatles’ last recorded work, Abbey Road is a landmark in the history of rock. The ambitious album is still hailed as one of the greatest of all time, for its quality and diversity of sounds.
