The WYCE Hat Trick Concert Series, presented by the Law Firm of Rhoades McKee, welcomes THE BLACK LILLIES to One Trick Pony, Monday, November 7 at 7:30 pm. Independent Music Award nominees The Black Lillies recently appeared on NPR's Mountain Stage and at the Americana Music Association Conference. They are in town supporting their 2nd release - 100 Miles of Wreckage. The concert benefits "The Stewardship Network", managing Michigan's natural lands and waters. A $10 minimum donation is suggested. THE BLACK LILLIES perform at One Trick Pony Grill & Taproom, Monday, November 7 at 7:30pm. Last January, Michigan's Seth Bernard and May Erlewine embarked on a cultural exchange journey to Ethiopia and wrote an entire album inspired by the experience. Saturday, November 5th at Wealthy Theatre - they're finally ready to release the result - the new album called "New Flower". Screening the same night - James Schaberg's documentary film, "When We Run" - about Seth and May's journey with the non-profit organization "On the Ground" and their Run Across Ethiopia. Tickets for the film, the concert or both - featuring Seth and May - Saturday, November 5th at Wealthy Theatre - are available at wealthy theatre dot org
