WYCE joins Circle Pines Center in announcing the first-ever Buttermilk Jamboree this summer festival season. The Jamboree is more than a music festival. It is a family-friendly weekend that celebrates traditional and progressive arts with a common vision of social justice, cooperation and sustainability -- creating an environment of discovery and connection through music, art, storytelling and workshops. It takes place in the secluded natural setting of the 300-acre Circle Pines Center, 35 miles south of Grand Rapids. The Buttermilk Jamboree: June 10th through 12th. Weekend and day passes, a complete artist line-up, schedules, directions, vendor and workshop information can be found at buttermilkjamboree-dot-info.

Chris is best known as bassist for jazz trio Medeski Martin and Wood. Oliver founded Atlanta roots blues outfit King Johnson. Now The Wood Brothers' collaboration combines shared childhood influences with everything they've learned since leaving home.
