WYCE's Spring Hat Trick Concert Series - presented by The Law Firm of Rhodes McKee - welcomes Malcolm Holcombe in a FREE show at One Trick Pony Grill and Taproom, Monday, May 3rd at 7:30pm. Rolling Stone says "Somewhere beyond folk, Holcombe's music is a kind of blues in motion, mapping backwoods corners of the heart." This show benefits Mackenzie's Animal Sanctuary, a no-kill shelter providing veterinary care, housing, love, tenderness and compassion. The show is FREE with a suggested minimum donation of $10 to the night's charity. The Hat Trick series is once again made possible with support from The Law Firm of Rhodes McKee with lodging provided by Peaches Bed and Breakfast and audio support from Mark Swanson. As many as 1 in 8 adults in west Michigan cannot read or write above a ninth grade level.  Low literacy often prevents these individuals from accessing the rich social and economic resources in our community.  


You can make a difference by becoming a tutor.  No special skills are needed - just an ability to read and write in English and a passion to help someone else do the same.
