Chris Smither (click for more info)The Spring 2009 Hat Trick Concert Series continues TONIGHT with Chris Smither!
Smither's finger-picked guitar lines are sleek, unhurried and insistent. And then there's the voice â equal parts gravel and molasses, Smither's singing sounds like a distillation of the folk and blues heroes he grew up listening to in New Orleans.
This show benefits Well House, providing emergency shelter for homeless women and families, and activities that foster new directions and goals.
That's Chris Smither, at One Trick Pony, TONIGHT at 7:30pm.
The Hat Trick Concert series is sponsored by the law firm of Rhoades McKee, with audio support from Mark Swanson and lodging provided by Peaches Bed & Breakfast.
