The Mitten Brewing Company, Wealthy Theatre, & the Meanwhile film series present a special baseball season screening of "The Sandlot!" Released in 1993, directed by David Mickey Evans, starring Mike Vitar, Marty York, and Patrick Renna. The film is rated PG, with a runtime of 1hr and 41min.

When Scottie Smalls (Thomas Guiry) moves to a new neighborhood, he manages to make friends with a group of kids who play baseball at the sandlot. Together they go on a series of funny and touching adventures. The boys run into trouble when Smalls borrows a ball from his stepdad that gets hit over a fence.

The Mitten Brewing Co. is a vintage baseball-themed microbrewery that expertly pairs handcrafted beers with gourmet pizzas. Located on the West side of GR: 527 Leonard St NW.


The Meanwhile Film Series is a weekly brew & view cult-classic movie screening every Tuesday night at 8pm!
