Having a good story is one thing, but editing is what can really make or break a movie.
On Thursday, March 9th, we will watch the award winning film Whiplash,
and analyze the pacing and intensity created through meticulous editing.

Whiplash is the story of "a promising young drummer [who] enrolls at
a cut-throat music conservatory where his dreams of greatness are mentored
by an instructor who will stop at nothing to realize a student's potential," (IMDB.com).
