In the 1990s, neighbors saved Wealthy Theatre from demolition, giving new life to the Wealthy Theatre District.
CMC evolved this historic landmark into one of the most technologically advanced performing arts centers of its kind. A "community use" venue, Wealthy Theatre is content neutral, helping bring a wide diversity of concerts, culture and conversations to our stages and studios.

An Evening with Potato Moon
An evening with local favorite band Potato Moon, with special guests, The Lollipops. POTATO MOON is a country/blues/swing/rockn'roll/folk band from Michigan and is made up of siblings Bennie, Jane and Lu Lu Jones along with father Luther Jones and cousins Jimmy Jones and Midnight Jones. Jake's Music Festival
Jake’s Music Festival is a combination of great music and a great cause. For the fourth consecutive year, local bands will get together for a concert to benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
